Privacy Policy

Flamer (FlamerAI) · Last updated 10 August 2026

This policy applies to the Flamer app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Pavel Alekseev (the “Service Provider”). Using the Application means you accept this policy.

No account, no name

The Application does not ask for your name, email address or phone number and has no sign-up. The Application creates a random internal identifier so your purchases and free-generation allowance can be recognised. It does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and the internal identifier is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Photos and screenshots you upload

When you generate an AI photo, the reference photos you pick are uploaded and sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) purely to produce the image you requested. When you ask for reply suggestions, the chat screenshot you pick is sent the same way to produce those replies. In both cases:

The Application asks for your consent before the first upload, and asks for Photo Library and Camera access only to let you choose or take those images.

What is collected automatically

This data is not linked with data from other companies to track you for advertising, is not shared with data brokers, and is not sold.

Third-party services

The Application relies on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or where necessary in good faith to protect rights and safety or to investigate fraud.

Keeping and deleting data

Automatically collected data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Photos you generate live on your device — deleting them there, or deleting the Application, removes them. To have data associated with your device removed from the Service Provider's systems, write to flameraihelp@gmail.com and it will be handled within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is rated 18+ and is not directed at children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, write to flameraihelp@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Your choices

You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Application. You can withdraw consent for AI processing by not uploading further photos or screenshots.

Changes

This policy may be updated. Changes are published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use means you accept them.
