Terms of Use

Flamer (FlamerAI) · Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms apply to the Flamer app (the “Application”), created by Pavel Alekseev (the “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application you agree to them. Please read them before using it.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Application on a device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, extract the source code of, translate or create derivative works of the Application, and you may not sell, rent or sub-licence it. All intellectual property in the Application stays with the Service Provider.

Subscriptions

What you upload, and what you get back

You must have the right to use every photo or screenshot you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, images of anyone under 18, or unlawful content. Images are processed by third-party AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Results are generated by AI. They are suggestions: they can be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable, and photos are edited images rather than a record of reality. Review anything before you publish or send it, and do not present a generated photo as an unedited photograph where that would mislead. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Free allowance and fair use

Free generations are limited, and the Service Provider may apply rate limits or suspend access for abuse, automated use, or attempts to bypass limits.

Connection and costs

The Application needs an internet connection to generate anything. If you use it outside Wi-Fi, your carrier's data charges apply — including while roaming. Keeping the device charged and connected is your responsibility.

Third-party services and availability

The Application depends on third-party services, and the Service Provider is not responsible for their availability. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Application.

Updates and termination

The Application may be updated, and you may need to accept updates to keep using it. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it; cancel any subscription separately, as described above.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
