Flamer turns your own selfies into a dating-profile photo, and turns a chat screenshot into reply suggestions that still sound like you.
Write to flameraihelp@gmail.com — include your device model and iOS version, and a screenshot if something looks wrong. You can also send feedback from Info → Send feedback inside the app.
My photo failed to generate. Check your connection and try again — the photo is kept, so a retry costs nothing. If it keeps failing, the AI provider may be temporarily unavailable; try again a little later.
It says it can't see a face. The reference needs one clear, front-facing face in good light. Photos of scenery, pets or groups produce a stranger rather than you, which is why they are rejected. You can still proceed if you are sure.
I paid but Premium is not active. Open Info → Subscription and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the date of the purchase.
How do I cancel? Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I remove the watermark? The watermark is on free photos. Premium removes it, including on photos you already generated.
Where are my photos stored? On your device. Save the ones you like to your Camera Roll — deleting the app deletes the rest.
Delete my data. Write to flameraihelp@gmail.com and it will be handled within a reasonable time. See the Privacy Policy.
